Short version: we use what you send us only to answer your plumbing request.
What we collect
When you send the service request form, we receive your name, phone number, ZIP code, the type of problem and any details you add. Email is optional. When you call, we may note your name, number and address so a plumber can reach you.
How we use it
We use your information to schedule and complete the plumbing work you asked for, and to share the job details with the licensed plumbing contractor who performs it. We do not sell your information.
Form processing
Our form is processed by our website host, Netlify, which stores submissions for us. Netlify's own privacy policy applies to that processing.
Cookies and analytics
This site does not set advertising cookies. If we add analytics, we will update this page.
